This isn’t a conspiracy people —> google “CLOUD SEEDING” and you will see it on all mainstream media outlets including CNBC and even ABC. “Cloud seeding is a type of weather modification used to increase the amount of precipitation, including snow or rain, during the storm season. This process works through releasing particles of silver iodide into clouds, which increase the chances of droplet condensation.” (source)
So… bravo that they are trying to find ways to figure out the drought but also silver iodide (AgI) is an inorganic compound & PubMed says “that AgI from cloud seeding may moderately affect biota living in both terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems if cloud seeding is repeatedly applied in a specific area & large amounts of seeding materials accumulate in the environment.”
Also — how are we in a drought still? Have you seen how much rain we’ve gotten this year? USATODAY says The rain didn’t fall evenly across the state, but if it did, it would have covered California with about 30 inches of water. That’s enough to:
💧Fill the Rose Bowl more than 900,000 times.
💧Fill more than 110 million Olympic-sized swimming pools.
💧Fill Lake Tahoe – twice.

Now, while El Niño is a huge contributor to the excess clouds we’re seeing, pumping them full of silver iodide doesn’t seem like a healthy option for us, our environment or our agriculture.
